[Concert Recap] KANG YUCHAN x From20 Warsaw
Wednesday night, July 29th, at Warsaw's Hybrydy, club was shaping up to be something
special. Kang Yuchan and From20 rolled into Poland for their 2026 KANG YUCHAN &
from20 EUROPE TOUR [BODY TALK], promising a show packed with thrills. This marked
From20’s third time back in our country, and you could immediately tell he has a huge soft
spot for the Polish crowd. Way before the show even started, the hype inside the venue was
totally contagious. You could just feel that everyone at the barricade was counting down the
seconds until things kicked off. Since this was the second-to-last stop on their European
tour, we’d all seen clips online and had a rough idea of what to expect. But what actually
went down in that room completely blew our expectations. The live show was even better
than we could have imagined!
From the very first second, the guys were radiating insane amounts of energy from the stage, and those massive smiles never left their faces from the opening track right down to the final minute. Even though the stage lighting was heavily dimmed at times, casting the room in a deep, moody shadow, it created a phenomenal, raw atmosphere that perfectly suited the tracks they were performing. Looking at the setlist—which seamlessly blended hits like “Celebration” and “Eye Candy” with heavy-hitting remixes during the encore—the absolute standout had to be their joint cover of Michael Jackson’s “Human Nature”. Their vocals blended so flawlessly in this arrangement that it created a mesmerizing moment on stage.
But the venue reached its absolute loudest during From20’s latest single, “Big Boy,” with fans screaming the lyrics right back at him, and during Yuchan’s high-energy “Champagne
Poppin.” Their stage presence is definitely top-tier, but what really stole the show was how directly they interacted with the crowd. There were massive, echoing chants of "dziękujemy" (thank you) going back and forth, and during the on-stage toasts, fans quickly taught the guys how to cheers with a loud, Polish “na zdrowie!”. With every song, the temperature in the room spiked so much that they started splashing water onto the front rows, instantly hyping up an already boiling atmosphere.
Right at the end, caught in the chaos of the grand finale, both vocalists jumped onto the
barricades to completely close the gap and get within arm's reach of the crowd. These are
the exact moments that remind me of the true magic of smaller, more intimate gigs. It’s that
feeling when you, as a fan, can just completely let loose and connect face-to-face with an
artist who is clearly having just as much fun as you are. We walked out of Hybrydy fully
recharged with enough positive vibes to last for weeks, humming "Eye Candy" under our
breath the entire way home.
