Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Kpop Concerts Europe (“KCE”, “we”, “us”), including:

  • the website https://www.kpopconcertseurope.com and related pages;

  • the KCE mobile application for Android (and any future iOS version);

  • My Kpop Journey, the concert calendar, blog, notifications, and related member features.

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or tapping “Continue” / logging in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Kpop Concerts Europe is an independent fan information project about K-pop concerts, with a focus on Europe. We are not a ticketing company, promoter, venue, or official partner of HYBE, JYP, SM, YG, or any artist, label, or tour, unless we clearly say so in a specific post.

Contact: kpopconcertseurope@gmail.com

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where EU/UK law requires a higher age for an account) to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Accounts

Some features (My Kpop Journey, friends, reviews, notification subscriptions, profile settings) require a member account. You may sign in with the methods we offer (for example Google or Facebook via our website account).

  • You are responsible for activity on your account.

  • Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

  • Do not share your login or impersonate another person.

  • One account is used on the website and in the app. Logging in on the app connects to the same member profile.

  • You may disconnect the app login from the device. Deleting the app profile may not delete the website member account. To delete the website account, follow the account-deletion options on the website or email us.

4. What the Services are (and are not)

We publish concert dates, venues, blog updates, and tools to track shows you attended or plan to attend. Information is compiled from public sources, organisers, and community submissions, then checked by us where possible.

We do not sell tickets. Links to Ticketmaster, Eventim, See Tickets, venue sites, or other sellers are provided for convenience only. Prices, on-sale times, seating, and availability can change without notice. Always confirm details with the official seller or organiser before you buy or travel.

We do not guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free. Tours get postponed, venues change, and fan-submitted dates may be wrong until we approve or correct them.

5. Your content

“Your Content” includes concert entries you add or edit, ticket/perk details, private and public reviews, ratings, “went with” tags, friend requests, profile text, photos you upload (for example a profile picture), comments, and concert suggestions.

  • You keep ownership of Your Content.

  • You grant KCE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use Your Content as needed to operate the Services (including showing public parts of your Journey if your profile is public, and showing names to people you tag or befriend).

  • Private reviews and private profile fields stay visible only as described in the product (for example “only visible to you”), except where we must access them for support, safety, or legal reasons.

  • Concert additions and edits are manually reviewed. We may approve, edit, or reject them. Do not submit invented dates, AI-only “sources”, or copied material you do not have the right to submit.

  • You must not upload illegal content, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, spam, malware, or anyone else’s personal data without permission.

We may remove content, hide profiles, or restrict accounts that break these Terms or harm other users.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the database or blog beyond normal browsing or app use;

  • interfere with servers, reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows, or bypass security;

  • use the Services to run a competing data product from our listings;

  • send automated requests that overload the site or app;

  • misuse notifications, friends, or tagging to spam or harass.

7. Intellectual property

The KCE name, logos, blog writing, compilation of the concert database, and app design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the database or our articles for commercial use without written permission.

Artist names, photos, logos, and tour artwork belong to their owners. We use them to identify concerts. Posters and images may be shown under fair use / quotation for reporting, or as provided by rights holders. If you are a rights owner and want something taken down, email us.

8. Notifications and ads

If you subscribe to a country, tour, or blog post, we may send push notifications and/or emails about updates. You can turn these off in the app or website settings, and you can disable system notification permission on your device.

The Services may show advertising (including Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob in the app). In the EEA/UK/Switzerland, non-essential and personalised ads are subject to your consent choice. You can change ad consent later (website CMP; app “Manage ad privacy” where Google requires it).

We may later offer optional paid features (for example an ads-reduced experience). Paid features, if launched, will have their own price, renewal, and cancellation rules in the store or on the website. These Terms still apply.

9. Third-party services

Login, hosting, maps of data, crash reporting, notifications, and ads are provided with help from third parties (including Wix, Google, Meta/Facebook Login, and Firebase). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their processing. Ticket and social links leave our Services; we are not responsible for those sites or apps.

10. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Concerts, travel, and ticket purchases are at your own risk.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence, where such a rule exists).

Otherwise, we are not liable for lost tickets, missed concerts, travel costs, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for claims arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim (which is currently €0 if you only use the free Services).

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, or abuse the community. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms, unless the law requires a different process. Material changes may also be announced in the app or on the website.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of Kpop Concerts Europe is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

If a court finds a clause unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
