Concert recap from DominATE - STRAY KIDS in Paris
26 & 27th July 2025, Stade de France
Stray Kids were finally performing their very first french date, and one of the final shows of their DominATE tour. The closer you got to the venue, even three or four metro stops away, the more you could feel Stray Kids’ energy radiating through their fans, the STAYs. Dressed in stunning outfits, or just coming as they were, this was the place where everyone could truly be themselves.

Fans were meeting up to exchange freebies, check out the merch, make new connections in the queue, or simply share a conversation with the person next to them. That’s the kind of energy STAYs create and share, all bonded by the same love: STRAY KIDS.
Once inside the venue, VIPs were already settling into the different pit areas. Some were grabbing drinks, catching some air, or just taking a moment to relax, all getting ready for the show that was now just an hour away. As the stadium continued to fill up, the energy kept rising.
Spoiler alert: that was just the beginning. A little avant-goût, if I may add.
With Hola echoing around, rhythmic clapping, stomping feet, the national polopopo chant, and screams anytime someone caught a glimpse of a member backstage. It was clear that french STAYs don’t need anything but each other to take the energy to the max.
And the members hadn’t even stepped on stage yet.
About 30 minutes before showtime, VCRs from JYP entertainement began playing, just enough to signal the audience to get ready, and they got the memo. The energy kept building.

19h30, lights off and the STRAY KIDS intro began. Even though the sun was still up for a few more hours, the show had officially begun, with STAYs cheering, welcoming their long-awaited artists, STRAY KIDS.
The last time they performed a full solo concert in France was 6 years ago. Since then they’ve made appearance at Musik Bank or even for Lollapalooza in 2023.
After an opening with a solo dancer, joined by dancers running down the stage with Stray Kids flags, the 8 members finally appeared on stage.
The moment everyone was waiting for truly began, kicking off with Mountains, Thunderous and JJAM, the performance was explosive from the start, with razor-sharp choreography, striking outfits, joined by cheering and singing along wtih STAYs.

During the first ment, the members were visibly suprised by the volume of the crowd, and for good reason. With around 60,000 people attending each night, STRAY KIDS drew a total of 120,000 fans to Stade de France over two nights.
Not only setting records, but reaching people and receiving that love right back. The cheering was one thing, but the french audience turned itself into part of the show, with a light project organised by the french fanbase, @stray_kids_france.
Each attendee could download an app and was asked to open it for the song Stray Kids. Suddenly messages, images and waves of color flowed accross the stadium. For once the performance wasn’t just from the artists to the fans, it was fans performing to the artists. That moment, combined with all the emotion and energy from that night, clearly moved the members.
You could feel it. No matter where you were in the venue, you weren’t just watching a concert. You were part of something shared.

The show’s design reflected that intention. Everything was built for the audience, from the Y-shaped stage that brought the members closer, to the stunning camera work on two massive screens, offering overhead shots and intimate close-ups. Every detail was meant to make sure no one missed a thing. Even closer, when the members left the stage to travel through the venue on carts, taking the time of 2 songs to meet more face-to-face, a gesture that brought them even closer to those seated further away. It didn’t matter where you were, everyone mattered. Everyone was seen.
« Stray Kids everywhere all around the world »
More than just a slogan, that line materialised more than ever in Paris. For two unforgettable nights, Stade de France wasn’t just a stadium, it was a place of belonging.
A place where 120,000 people came together, screamed, cried, laughed, and felt united under one name : STRAY KIDS.
And while the DominATE tour has now ended, the memory that goes with it won’t fade, this particular night for sure, will STAY.
