WILD WILD is currently touring through Europe, with their tour WILD WILD - First EU Tour 2026, an 18+ show taking place in Italy, Spain, France and Finland. We were able to send in some questions as member and Actor Roh Jin Woon took time out of his schedule to answer them for us.

THE INTERVIEW

This is the first time this type of Korean content has entered the European market. Compared to Korea, what did you expect from the audience when performing here?

Roh Jin Wook: "I think the most important aspect of this show is that it is a "show for women"

from the very beginning. So, in fact, I don't feel much difference whether it is Korea, Europe, or any other country. There is only one thing we expect on stage.

To let go of everything for that moment, to enjoy ourselves to the fullest, to

laugh, to feel excited, and to fully feel "time for myself." Just as it was in Korea,

I hope that all the women who watch this show in Europe become a little freer and happier.

Because that is the reason we stand on stage."

If you could perform anywhere in the world, where would you be?

Roh Jin Wook: "To be honest...

I don't think the country itself is that important. Wherever there are people who want to see this show, and wherever there are people who want "WILD WILD,"

I would want to go anywhere.

Because what matters more than the name of the city is the gaze of the audience

in that space. Wherever that may be, we are ready to go."

If you had free time in Europe as an anonymous tourist, what would be the first item on your itinerary?

Roh Jin Wook: I think I would probably do something very ordinary. Sitting in a nice café and having a cup of coffee, having a glass of wine if I had a little more time, and just walking the streets aimlessly.

I think Europe is the most romantic place for that kind of ‘wasted time.’

Walking without a plan, discovering a pretty alley, and just feeling that moment.

That day would probably be a day where I feel the most while doing nothing at all.

Your teamwork on stage is truly amazing. Have you always been this in sync?

Roh Jin Wook: I don't think there is a team that is perfectly in sync from the start. Actually, at first, there is more of a process of adjusting to each other. Because our timing is different, our styles are different, and our ways of thinking are different.

But as we continued performing, practicing together, and accumulating time

looking at each other on stage, there are things we naturally come to know.

"What this person is about to do,"

"What state they are in right now."

I think teamwork develops from the moment we start to sense those things without

needing to say them.

Ultimately, I think it comes down to 'trust.'

Once we trust each other, our chemistry naturally follows.

What food did you eat during the tour that really stood out to you?

Roh Jin Wook: Before going on a tour, I always tend to look up famous restaurants or cafes in the country I'm visiting. So, whenever possible, I try to visit places that are famous locally.

But honestly, it's hard to pick just one.

The atmosphere is so different from country to country, and the food captures the

essence of that nation perfectly, so every moment was wonderful.

On some days, rather than just the food, the space, the atmosphere, and the

people I ate with—the experience itself—is what remains in my memory.

So, rather than saying "This was the best," I think "those were the good times" is a

more accurate expression :)

Who in the group memorises new and complex choreography the fastest?

Roh Jin Wook: I can say this with certainty. Actor Park Do-kyung and Actor Jung Hee-yeop.

They are incredibly fast, to the point of being amazing. When we practice together, there are moments when I think, "When did they memorize all of this?"

They feel a bit like they aren't human... (Laughs)

If you could describe WILD WILD in three words, what would they be?

Roh Jin Wook: Energy. Sexy. Addictive.

I think these three words are enough. It’s not a show you watch once and forget; it’s the kind of performance that keeps you thinking about it and makes you want to see it again.

What is your favourite exercise at the gym?

Roh Jin Wook: Pull-ups :)

It’s simple, but I like it because you can definitely feel the effect in your body.

Also, I think it’s more appealing because it requires a certain "strength to endure."

Have you ever bought a meaningful souvenir on a tour? What was it and where did you buy it?

I tend to buy at least one item that helps me remember the country. In Mexico, I bought a carpet that was explained as the Sun God, and in Taiwan, at a temple I happened to enter, I bought a T-shirt and hat featuring the 'Qingshan King,' which symbolizes healing.

In Japan and Hong Kong, I created memories a little differently; I visited locations I

had seen in movies or dramas and took photos that looked just like those scenes.

I also frequently buy clothes or accessories with the country's name on them.

When I look at them again later, the atmosphere and vibe from that time come

flooding back.

So, for me, they feel less like objects and more like 'memory storage devices.‘

If you hadn't been a member of WILD WILD, what career paths would you have chosen?

Roh Jin Wook: Since I tend to enjoy competition, I think I would have probably tried to become an athlete. Or... I might have considered becoming a professional gambler as well. I enjoy using my brain and I enjoy using my body, so I think I eventually gravitated

toward a place where there is competition.

My current work is actually quite similar. There is a new sense of tension every time I am on stage, and it is a process of overcoming that tension.
