💰 Refund Policy

• Full refunds including service fees are issued in the following cases:

(1) Your city does not reach 200 seats — refunds will be processed automatically after the pre-ticket sales period ends, and may take up to 2 weeks to be reflected depending on your payment provider.

(2) You cancel during the designated free cancellation window following the official tour poster release.

• Please note that currency exchange fees — if any — are outside of Kooky's control. Kooky refunds the full ticket price + service fee, but the amount received may differ depending on your payment method and exchange rate at the time of the refund
