The 2023 Korean Culture Festival is organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Netherlands and is powered by Hyundai.
It is the second time that this event is held. Last year the Korean Culture Festival took place in the Transformatorhuis on the Westergasfabriek complex and this festival was the setting for one of the preliminary rounds of the K-Pop World Festival.
